Good Morning again..a week later..
You might not want to click the links left by flyfish..
I do believe they are spam for some kind of weird gaming thing...
I have been home a lot as there is no work for me right now..
And wow are we having a heat wave...sigh..mid summer heat and it is only the middle of June..
The night time temps are 10 degrees above normal and so are the daytime ones...
So..it never cools down at night..
Therefore when we get in the pool it is like taking a bath nearly...
It would be nice now if we have 10 degree lower than normal for our summer temps ..YES!!!!! :laugh:
We are all getting by ok..hopefully you are too..
Not much going on here ...

Good Morning all,
Praying all is well with you..
By all is well I mean You are trusting the Lord through the trials of your life and not overwhelmed by them...
One of my favorite Scriptures is when Jesus instructed the disciples to get in the boat and go to the other side..
well on the way a big storm came up and scared them..
Sometimes the storms we go through are testing us to see if we can walk above the waves of the storm...
Looking to Him and not at our circumstances...
God is good...

Ok.. He is home..
The Dr. found kidney stones in his kidney and thinks that one may be in the ureter but they tested him for it and found none..
So.. they sent him home with pain pills and told him if the pain is bad with the pain pills to come back..
They really are not sure what is wrong with him and causing all the pain..
Worried his wife and mom a bit.. |

Son Tim on the way to emergency room..
Came home about 1 1/2 hours ago with a bad back ache and laid down for a while..
Felt better then went to get up and became very sick to his stomach so that he could not get up..
They called the Dr. and he told them to meet him at the emergency room..
The children spent the night with me last night so they are here with me so that is good they do not have to take time to deal with that...

Hi don't do twitters. Don't want to get into all that stuff. Went out to dinner last night with my wife. We sat next to a mother and daughter and they BOTH sat and texted almost through the entire meal! Talk about close intimate conversation!!
Summer almost here. Love the feel of sunshine and wind on the old winter body!! |

( a little short...but very sweet..)
I am home for a little bit I guess..
Work is worse than slow..
But It gives me a chance to be online a little and that is fun..
We had a big 90th Birthday Bash for grandma over the Memorial Day weekend ..
Much of the family gathered and it reminded me of the days of childhood when the family gathered to celebrate Memorial Day with picnics and family reunion times...
Sweet memories and a little sad that folks seldom do that any more..
The children are the ones that miss out the most when family's fail to get together to celebrate these events ...
I cannot tell you how much fun it was for our 2 -4- 6 - and 8 year old grands..
they just had the time of their lives camping and playing and just getting to know all those adults they had never met before..
Andrew's family is very cordial and engaging ..
Great time had by all and you don't get to go to too awful many 90th birthdays either..
Ok.. got a couple of other sites to visit this morning yet..

Cleaned out and repaired the bunny cages today and it was harder work than I am used to and it made me feel kind of sickish...

I would like for you to pray for my sweet Uncle who is in terrible pain from cancer of the spine and it is in his lungs and his brain and other places in his body..
He is suffering so much and he has fought the good fight..
He is ready to go home to his Father's house..
It is only a matter of time now...
I wish I could tell you how wonderful this man is ..
I have a so many priceless memories of his smiling face and gentle ways...
And Aunt Gladys is a perfect spouse for him..she is also so precious..
God has been so good to let them live their lives together..
Pray for Uncle Bob and Aunt Gladys and their children Bobby Jr and Anna....

It is so weird to not have those landmark trees in town..

Our Neighbor Jeannie
Hi everyone,
My wife was talking to Jeannie on the phone this morning. She is still in the hospital and doing better. She is weak but has enough strength to get up to go to the bathroom etc.
I think she is on her way to complete recovery – it may take a while but the Lord is in control of it all.
I will not post anymore updates on Jeannie here until she is home and completely healed.
Please keep her in your prayers,

So much for staying in touch..
It has been a busy month for sure...
One Grandchild got a concussion when she fell off of a bar during her gymnastics practice..the bar came loose somehow..
they thought she was fine until the next morning when she started throwing up..took her to the hospital and did a scan and was told she had a slight concussion and she just slowed down for a few days..
She was in her state competition yesterday and won 4th place..
She wins the local competitions easy...
Everyone came down with the flu about 2 weeks ago..
and a couple of them are just finally getting over it to where they feel ok again this weekend..nasty little bug..
the little kids Kiara and Darius did not get it and neither did I..
I am sooooo thankful for that..
Ben is home from Iraq... whawhooo......
So good to have him home and his children have settled down a lot with him here..kids need moms and dads so much...
Of course you who know me got my email about the storms here..
The local sheriff said he watched the tornado split and go down 2 streets...
My sister took lots of photos while her fellow employees were yelling at her to find cover as it went by their place of work...
Dad gum it she forgot to bring me her thumb drive to share them with me..

What a day it waw..
The tax day tea party was a great success as the liberals have attacked it so viciously it must have been a success for such attacks..
you don't attack something that doesn't matter ...
There is another tax Day tea party on July 4th and I pray it will increase and increase until the government changes its actions..
If now in the next 4 years then by golly I pray there are enough people who do not want the gross spending and taxing will elect a man who will do something about it...
Hummm... too much to try to catch up on...
My email address has changed so I do not get a note when someone posts ... I resurrected my Klipfolio program and put it in start up so I could try to keep and eye on posting here...
took me a few tries to figure out how to add the community but I did..Yea!!!!
I have several sites , 7 I think plus my web site and it is just so hard to keep up for me....
I wish there were two of me sometimes..

This is a thought in progress..
and I am posting it at a couple of boards because I would like to
know if you understand and have thoughts to share on it...
I see something that is beyond the natural way of seeing things..
I have been asking the Lord to help me to know words to express
what is in my heart for the last couple of days..
When I woke up this morning the scripture on my mind was..
[B]For the kingdom of God is not meat and drink; but righteousness,
and peace, and joy in the Holy Ghost. Rom 14:17 [/B]
I have been asking the Lord to help me understand how that applies
to my prayer ...
I looked up the verse and found this from John Darby's Synopsis.

We live in a great big natural world ...
We see with out natural eyes and do things in our natural ways..
Every once in a while we see past the natural and see each other
through the eyes of God...
When we do our understanding is forever changed ..
It is not just mind changing but heart changing..
I will never see the people on this earthly realm the same way
again...
We are all spiritual beings too..
We are either His or we are not..
When I "look at you", although if on a board it is not in a literal sense , I can see you above all the boundaries of the natural and see you as God's child...
My brother or sister in Him...
and I love you with all my heart when I see you in this manner...
I will have actions towards you that are out of love for you and
out of respect for the fact that you are my brethren...
Which reminds me of another Scripture..

love; in honour preferring one another;[/b]
I see you ...In "Righteousness and peace and joy in the Holy Ghost..."
not through natural eyes of divisions over things...
Like I said a thought in progress but I wanted to share that

understanding of what I am seeing that will help me put it into
words better...

We put the soap in old panty hose and make a soap bar that way. We always did do leftovers - better second time around anyway. We were pretty frugal already. Do a lot of coupons shopping. Wife bought $1900 worth of new clothes the other day for $27! Really!! |

The guy without oxygen for 45 minutes was at his Dad's funeral. He is doing great. Recognized us too! Just has problem remembering how to read.
