We must be careful that our good activities do not degenerate into empty formalism. Our faith must make a difference in how we live and how we treat others. We are to be people who walk humbly with God, who love to show mercy, and who uphold justice for His sake.

While in the quiet of my room, at the hospital this last weekend,
Faith came singing into my room And other guests took flight. Grief, anxiety, fear and gloom, Sped out into the night. Then I prayed: Lord this day may I stay close to You and rest in the calmness of Your presence. Amen Thanks to those who inquired about not receiving a devotion. I'm doing much better.
