Oh look, Chicken Thursday!

small plane windy dayIf you have a website that sends out a newsletter it's important for you to know that as of today, Google and Yahoo will reject email from domains which do not have a proper "Dmarc" record set up in their DNS zones when sending bulkmail (ie, newsletters.) The Cybersalt Digest is all set up for this change, as are about 100 other domains that I manage for my clients!

Today's video share is an impressive landing by a small plane on a windy day.

Poor Vagabond

woman pointingA poor vagabond, traveling a country road in England, tired and hungry, came to a roadside Inn with a sign reading: "George and the Dragon."

He knocked gently on the door.

The Innkeeper's wife stuck her head out a window.

"Could ye spare some victuals?" he asked politely.

The woman glanced at his shabby clothes and obviously poor condition. "No!" she said rather sternly.

"Could I just have a pint of ale?"

"No!" she said again.

"Could I at least sleep in your stable?"

"No!" by this time she was fairly shouting.

The vagabond said, "Might I please...?"

"What now?" the woman interrupted impatiently.

"D'ye suppose," he asked, "I might have a word with George?"

Broken Pun

child missing teethMy ten-year-old son informed us that part of his tooth had come out. We checked and, sure enough, a piece had broken off.

Trying to lighten the moment, I asked my husband, "What do you suppose the tooth fairy gives for half a tooth?"

"Nothing," he replied,

"She wants the tooth, the whole tooth, and nothing but the tooth."
