Oh look, Chicken Thursday!

eclipse legacyIt has been a fairly productive week here at Cybersalt World Headquarters. It's nice to catch up on a bunch of things so that I am only behind on other things: progress is progress!

Today's video share shows the incredible legacy one teacher created around this month's solar eclipse.

Ships Passing

navy shipA rather old minesweeper was cruising a lonely stretch of the South Pacific and was overtaken by a new Australian cruiser.

All the US sailors admired the new ship and the Captain sent a blinker-light message to the Aussies: "You are beautiful."

Less than 10 seconds later, the Aussie ship blinkered back: "I'll bet you say that to all the ships."

There are times when you feel generous but there are other times that you just don't want to be bothered. This was one of those "I don't want to be bothered times."

"I hope he doesn't ask me for any money," I thought. He didn't.

He came and sat on the curb in front of the bus stop but he didn't look like he could have enough money to even ride the bus. After a few minutes he spoke.

Don’t Knock on the Door if You Like Breathing

helpI’m unsure if this is a new phenomenon or I’m just starting to catch up on the culture. I know I have a lot to catch up on, and I’m slowly doing it.

Lately, there’s been a lot of activity at our front door.
