Here's a hilarious recording from the Hartford Hotline to the Hartford (I am guessing) 911 dispatcher.
I don't know which Hartford it is, but it doesn't matter.
I'm guessing every Hartford in the world has someone who is dumb enough to report what was reported to the Hartford Hotline.
