God wants us to have peace of mind. He has made peace of mind possible, for He has settled the great issues of life and death. The mind will be at ease if it rests on His promises, which cannot fail. There are hundreds of promises by which our hearts can be established in grace. One little sentence is, "The LORD is my shepherd," if taken in faith, is enough to steady the nerves and quiet the spirit each day. Another one comes to mind is, "The peace of God which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus our Savior."

As we devote ourselves to God and reflect His attributes, He produces in us the fruit of the Spirit, and that includes peace, Gal. 5:22,23

Christian friends, As our mind remains on Him, He keeps us in perfect peace. this has been the experience of countless believers, and you can experience it too.

Like a river glorious is God's perfect peace,
Over all victorious in its bright increase;
Perfect, yet it floweth fuller every day,
Perfect, yet it groweth deeper all the way.

THOUGHT FOR THE DAY - When the Christian stays his mind on Christ he develops a wonderful CALMplex.
