The Builder is the Holy Spirit. The tools with which He operates are the Word of God and the Sacraments. Whenever the Word of God is preached and the plan of salvation proclaimed, the heavenly Builder is preparing materials to be used in the construction of that building which shall endure forever.
 
Christian friends, all this makes the Church of Jesus Christ the greatest and most blessed institution on the face of the earth. What an honor to be fitly framed together as lively stones in God's cathedral.
 
      Christ builds His church with different stones
      And makes each one secure;
      All shapes and sizes fit in place
      To make His church endure.
