Sunday greetings, everyone!

hermit crab glass shellYesterday was the first "hey, nice weather is going to come back" reminder nice day this year at Cybersalt World Headquarters. Grandma Cybersalt and I went for a walk (I am very much on the mend from whatever I am mending from) and then I fired up the barbecue when we got back!

Today's video share shows a hermit crab switching out of a glass shell. I've never really thought about what is in a hermit crab's shell until I watched this. I can't blame him (her?) for switching because I am uncomfortable having people see me wear shorts!

Oh look, Chicken Thursday!

I did get my CT scan late on Monday night at 11:00pm, which was wonderful because I am a night owl and the hospital was pretty much quiet. Thank you for your fun poem, haiku, and limerick submissions which I found very entertaining - for a number of reasons, lol! They are today's Cleanlaugh.

Sunday greetings, everyone!

the audience choirIt's not my goal to permanently turn the news into recurring organ recital about my health, but I must admit that when I am sick I don't feel very creative in my writing. So for fun, I invite you to write a limerick, haiku, or short poem that has these 3 terms (related to my doctor's latest considered diagnosis): diverticulitis, CT scan, and antibiotics. If you reply to this email, I should receive your artistic creation!

Today's video share is about another artistic collaboration with a crowd of people: The Audience Choir.

Oh look, Chicken Thursday!

Remember how I said I had chills when I was putting last Thursday's mailing together? Well, my doctor called me yesterday and let me know the results of the culture they took from my "sample" and it turns out there was nothing to grow. It's not the first time I have lacked culture so I am OK with that, but I've stopped the antibiotics and later today I am off to the doctor's to see what is still putting the "bop in my bop shoo bop shoo bop!"

Sunday greetings, everyone!

seagull apology letterThe antibiotics have started to kick in and hopefully that is it for the chills! A friend of mine invited me to attend a ministry gathering last night but I declined because if I started shaking some people might try an exorcism!

Today's video share is about a hilarious letter written about an incident that actually happened on our island! It's a reminder that sometimes, seagulls happen!
